What is Run Challenges?
Run Challenges is here to motivate you to run! We host monthly virtual running challenges that is open to everyone, of all abilities. You choose the distance that you want to challenge yourself to, then you have the whole month to run it - wherever you wish, at your own pace!
How do I track my runs?
You can log your runs and track your progress easily using our website! We also offer the ability to sync your run data from Strava if you use that.
What do I get if I complete my challenge?
If you complete your selected challenge you will receive a totally unique, bespoke medal that will commemorate your achievement. We publish the medal of the month as soon as we can, so keep an eye out on our website and on social media for updates.
Can I change my target?
Yes! Simply click the "Update Target" link beside your challenge distance and select a new target. The cut-off date for target updates will be displayed on the challenge page.
What is a Linked Account?
Linked accounts allow you to manage more than one participant, without each needing their own email address. This could be for your children, your partner or a friend. When signing up, you can sign up any of your linked accounts on the take part pop-up page. Each linked account can add and submit evidence separately - you can switch between accounts by viewing your Profile page, clicking "Linked Accounts" and selecting a linked account to log in as.
Can I pay in my own currency?
We currently support GBP, EUR and USD currencies - simply select the currency you wish to use from the navigation menu
How do I sync with Strava?
You can connect your Strava account by going to your Profile page and selecting the Strava icon beside your avatar image. You will be asked to log in to Strava and share details with our website. When adding evidence, you will now be able to view the Strava tab and select runs which fall within the challenge dates.
