1. Challenge entry fee

When entering our challenges, you may be required to pay a small entry fee per participant. That fee will be added to your site credits. Any order you place through our site later will be adjusted for the amount of available site credits.

In short, there is an entry fee now, but it does not increase the price of your medal.

Please note that challenge entry fees are not refundable.

2. Ordering medals and other awards

Upon completion of your challenge, you will be able to order one or more awards. Challenge awards will be unlocked once your have submitted your evidence. You can access challenge awards area here: /shop/products?tp=private Keep in mind that you will only be able to see those awards which are available to you, and that depends on the challenges you have completed lately. You can only order awards for up to 60-75 days after the last day of the challenge.

We are working on getting additional types of awards added to our challenges, but, for those of you who have been with us for a while, this is where you will also be able to order medals now.

Can you order your medals upfront? No, you can't. You need to complete the challenge first.

Does it increase the wait time? To some extent, yes. Please see the next section.

3. Our process and timelines

• Join a challenge while it's open for entry
• Achieve your goal and submit your evidence
• Order your medal / other awards (/shop/products?tp=private)
• If you order before the 10th of the month, you can expect the medals/awards to be shipped to you between the 5th and the 15th of the following month. If you order after the 10th, you'll likely need to wait until a month later
• Instead of ordering each medal / award individually, you may choose to combine awards for multiple challenges in the same order to save on the shipping & handling fees (for example, you might choose not to order September medal right away, and, instead, wait until you have completed your October challenge. Then order both medals at the same time)

5. Evidence approval

In general, we are not closely monitoring the evidence - instead, we are doing spot checks, and, so, we do reserve the right to disapprove some / all of it. In those cases, you will still be able to order medals / awards for the approved portion of your evidence (or, perhaps, you can just re-submit the same evidence differently to confirm it's authenticity)

Your site credits are not going to be affected in either way.

• Challenge entry fee is non-refundable
• All of the other medal fees are fully refundable unless we've already place an order with the supplier
• Once we have ordered a medal for you, 80% of those fees are still refundable
• Once we have shipped the medal to you, it's, generally, non-refundable. Unless it does not arrive and/or unless it arrives but it is not the one you expected

8. Fulfillment (FYI)

• Most of the times, your orders are fulfilled by "A Little Extra Push LTD" in the UK
• And, again most of the times, "Treecat Software Inc" will be fulfilling your orders outside of the UK
