July 2022 Running Challenge

You are taking part in our July challenge! Track your progress below, either manually or using the Strava sync, and submit when you have completed your distance to receive your medal. You have until the 5th to update your target, or, if you choose to delay your medal by about a month, you can still update your target till the last day of the challenge.
